CCBAC Proposal to Provincial Government  // Updated: 2010-05-10 16:09:18
This is the original proposal that went to the provincial government in early 2005. This document was the first formal expression of the CCBAC Pine Beetle Trust (PBT) fund proposal. The document has remained in draft form because CCBAC, with the support of the provincial government, agreed to undertake a more thorough and well thought out proposal process. This process is Phase 1 of the CCBAC model, as detailed within the CCBAC 2005-06 Business Plan, June 2005. Once the initial proposal process is complete, CCBAC intends to present their PBT fund proposal to the Provincial and Federal governments for discussion, approval and implementation.
